All bookings are handled by third-party affiliate agents via phone call. Pricing, terms, and availability are determined by those service providers. NA Marketing does not process payments or financial transactions through this website.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NA Marketing, we strive to provide honest and transparent support through our affiliate partnerships. All booking cancellations and refund requests are processed exclusively by Kashgar Travel & Tours, a licensed travel agency (Govt. EIN ID921).

6.1: Airline Penalties

All cancellations are subject to the specific rules and penalties of the airline you were booked with. These rules vary by carrier and may include:

• Non-refundable ticket condition
• Cancellation/change penalties
• Reissue or administrative fees by the airline

The airline's policy will determine the amount eligible for a refund (if any).

6.2: Service Fees

In addition to any airline-imposed penalties, service fees may apply for handling cancellations, refund processing, or changes. These fees are charged by either:

• Kashgar Travel & Tours, as the licensed agency processing your booking
• Or NA Marketing, for administrative and customer support services 

Examples of Service Fees:

• Cancellation handling: $50 – $100 per ticket
• Change or reissue support: $30 – $75, depending on complexity

These fees are clearly communicated during the phone call before any action is taken.

6.3: Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved by the airline and processed by Kashgar Travel & Tours, it typically takes:

• 7 to 10 business days for the amount to be returned to your original form of payment
• In some cases, timelines may be extended depending on the airline’s internal processing

6.4: Who Issues the Refund

All refunds are issued directly by Kashgar Travel & Tours.
nareservation.com does not handle or issue refunds directly, nor do we collect or store your payment information.

7. Pricing Disclaimer

While we strive to display accurate information, all flight pricing and availability are subject to change. Final amounts are determined at the time of booking and confirmed by the agent you’re connected with. NA Marketing is not liable for pricing discrepancies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, and layout, is the intellectual property of NA Marketing or its content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
